General university rules apply to all Erasmus/exchange students, the information provided below is specific to the Faculty of Historical and Pedagogical Sciences.
Classes in English
Teachers/lecturers make a list of students of each class (students must give their name and student ID number), then the lists are handed on to the Institutes/Departments and the registration is done there (students are not involved in the process).
Classes in Polish
Students must register to a class in Polish in an appropriate Institute/Department Office- called Sekretariat.
Procedure of obtaining the transcript of records.
Students who are assigned to the Faculty of Historical and Pedagogical Sciences and have received all the grades can obtain the transcript of records in Dziekanat (Szewska Street 48 room 101). It is advised to come a few days before the departure, as the Dean who signs them is not available all the time. The transcript can also be sent to a given address, provided the student leaves a special form with name and address.
Students who received a library card must give it back (either empty - no stamps from libraries or with stamps proving that they returned all the books) in order to obtain the transcript of records.
If you have any questions or concerns about the matter above, as well as other enquiries, please do not hesitate to contact your Institute Erasmus Coordinator or Ms Iwona Wenda Zając from the Dean’s Office (Szewska Street 48 room 101, firstname.lastname@example.org)
